The name StöbenWittlinger has stood for competent real estate services since 1984. The owner-managed company was founded by Axel-H. Wittlinger and Kiel-based Otto Stöben GmbH.
Prior to the restructuring in 2020, Stöben Wittlinger GmbH focused on the management of apartment buildings and office and commercial properties. The service portfolio also included the sale and letting of private residential and commercial properties, project development and the sale of apartment buildings.
Since then, Stöben Wittlinger GmbH has realigned its activities within the Wittlinger Group and operates mainly as a holding company in Hamburg and northern Germany.
